ONLINE AD SUBMISSION, PAYMENTS AND CONFIRMATION INFORMATION
- PAY & UPLOAD JOB AD/LOGO (a Word file is preferred for ad) (JPG or PNG is preferred for logo).
- Payment with a credit card is required when your ad is uploaded. AEJMC accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Receipts are automatically sent to the email address that you provide after payment is complete. PLEASE KEEP THIS INFORMATION FOR YOUR RECORDS AS PROOF OF PAYMENT.
- A confirmation of your ad posting including a screenshot will be emailed from AEJMC after your ad has been posted on our website. Contact () with your ad posting questions.

Display Ads are not accepted.
AEJMC does not issue refunds or credit for online ads that have been posted on our website unless the advertiser requests the ad to be removed from the website within the first five business days of posting. Subject to approval by AEJMC.
